HISTORY
Edmonton Scottish United Soccer Club, founded in 2004, provides a Long-Term Player Development Model-compliant programming for Grassroots (U5-8), Developmental (U9-12) and Competitive Players (U13 - 19) as well as programming in the newly formed Alberta Youth Soccer League (U14 - U17 PDP). At the adult level, we are affiliated with Canada Soccer Organisations of Distinction, the 2016 Men's Challenge Cup National Champions Edmonton Scottish Soccer Club and the 9-time Women's Jubilee Shield National Champions Edmonton Angels Scottish Women's Soccer Club. Our soccer programs share Grant MacEwan Park and the Edmonton Soccer Dome, the home of the Edmonton Scottish Society.
VISION: To be Edmonton’s premier soccer club, driven by our commitment to delivering inclusive, player-centric programming while fostering a love of sport in our players, coaches, and families.
MISSION: To create and enhance opportunities to participate, develop and excel in the sport of soccer, while promoting an active lifestyle for all club members.
CORE VALUES: Soccer is a team sport, and through it we want to teach players about collective responsibility, teamwork and fair play while maintaining these values in our coaching strategies.
